1. Sponsor
The Generate Your Shot Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SocialSight Inc., 1216 Broadway, New York, NY 10001 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
A valid Instagram account and a free SocialSight account are required. Participants must sign in to an existing SocialSight account or create one before generating a video and entering.
Anyone directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes or selecting the winner, and members of their household, is not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins September 1, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends September 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Sponsor’s systems are the official timekeeper. All required entry steps must be completed before the Promotion Period ends.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
- Sign in to an existing SocialSight account or create a free account.
- Follow @socialsight.ai on Instagram.
- Submit your full name, email address, and Instagram username through the Sweepstakes page.
- Generate a tennis video using the provided SocialSight prompt at no charge.
- Accept these Official Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
An entry is complete only after the form is submitted and a qualifying video generation is completed while the participant is signed in.
Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must include a distinct completed video generation and a separate form submission. Repeated submissions using the same generation do not qualify as additional entries.
Standard internet access and data charges may apply.
5. Prize
One winner will receive two tickets to the Men’s Doubles Final and Women’s Singles Final session at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing, New York, on September 12, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $510.
Tickets may be transferred electronically through Ticketmaster or delivered in person at the event or another location designated by Sponsor. A Ticketmaster account may be required. The winner may also be required to present government-issued identification.
If the winner cannot attend an in-person ticket transfer or photo opportunity, Sponsor will provide the tickets electronically through Ticketmaster, subject to verification and applicable ticket-transfer requirements.
Travel, accommodation, meals, parking, taxes, and other expenses are not included. The winner is responsible for all costs not expressly included in the prize.
The prize is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Ticket Restrictions
The prize is for the winner’s personal use. The winner may not sell, auction, barter, assign, transfer, give away, or use the tickets for commercial or promotional purposes.
Any attempted resale or unauthorized transfer may result in forfeiture, ticket cancellation, and selection of an alternate winner.
The tickets are subject to all Ticketmaster, venue, event, security, health, and admission requirements. Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or the winner’s guest is denied admission for failing to comply with those requirements.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on September 11, 2026, at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor’s decisions concerning entry eligibility, winner selection, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final.
8. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram direct message using the username submitted with the entry. Sponsor may also contact the potential winner by email.
The potential winner must respond within four hours of the first notification attempt.
The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, account ownership, Instagram follow status, and completion of the required video generation.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, does not provide the requested verification, declines the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Voluntary Photo and Social Participation
Sponsor may invite the winner to participate in a brief photo or video opportunity when the tickets are delivered. Sponsor may also invite the winner to share their experience on social media.
Participation in a photo opportunity, video recording, interview, or social media post is voluntary and is not a condition of entering, winning, or receiving the prize.
If the winner agrees to participate, Sponsor may request a separate release permitting use of the resulting photos, videos, statements, name, voice, and likeness.
Any voluntary social post should clearly disclose that the tickets were won from SocialSight. For example:
“I won these tickets from @socialsight.ai.”
10. Generated Content and Publicity
Participants retain ownership of their generated videos.
If a participant voluntarily posts a generated video publicly and tags or mentions SocialSight, the participant grants Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to repost and display that content in connection with SocialSight and the Sweepstakes, with attribution where practicable.
Except where prohibited by law, the winner permits Sponsor to use their name, city, likeness, and prize information to announce and promote the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Entries created or submitted through bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, bulk-submission tools, fake identities, multiple identities, account manipulation, or other deceptive methods are prohibited.
Participants may not:
- Submit the same generation repeatedly
- Use multiple SocialSight or Instagram accounts to evade entry requirements
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with the entry or winner-selection process
- Spam SocialSight or any social platform
- Attempt to manipulate engagement, account, or generation activity
- Violate SocialSight’s terms or applicable platform rules
Sponsor may disqualify any participant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules.
12. Voluntary Participation and General Conditions
Participation in the Sweepstakes is voluntary. No purchase or payment is required.
Participants who choose to enter must complete all required entry steps. Optional activities, including attending an in-person transfer, participating in a photo opportunity, and posting about the prize, are not conditions of entry or receiving the prize.
Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, event cancellation, security concerns, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent fair administration. Any action will be taken subject to applicable law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or unsuccessful entries caused by technical, network, platform, account, or device failures.
By entering, participants agree to release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, attendance, or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. Privacy
Sponsor will use submitted information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entries, contact the winner, transfer the prize, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law.
Information will be handled according to the SocialSight Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will only be sent if the participant provides separate consent. Marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
14. Platform and Event Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, the US Open, or the USTA.
By entering, participants release Instagram, the US Open, and the USTA from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any permitted dispute must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York County, New York, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
